We do our best to ship orders within 1 business day from the same day as they were placed. With nationwide distribution centers, the majority of orders shipped within the continental United States are delivered within 2 to 4 business days. Certain items may take longer, if you have any time-sensitive delivery requirements please contact us.
Binding101 offers expedited shipping options for qualifying products and delivery addresses. Just add all of the items you wish to order to your cart and enter your state and zip code to see the options available for your order. Please contact us with any extra time-sensitive needs.
Standard Shipping - Binding101 offers free shipping on qualifying orders over $75 ($9.99 for orders under $75). Qualifying orders include orders shipping within the Continental United States via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Does not apply to custom orders, orders requiring a freight truck, expedited shipments, orders shipping outside of the Continental United States (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, etc), or orders shipping to military addresses. Expedited Shipping - Expedited shipping quotes will vary based on the item(s) you are ordering, where they ship from, and where they are shipping to. To get a quote, just add all of the items you wish to order to your cart and enter your state and zip code to see the options available for your order. Expedited shipping methods will vary depending on your location, however, typically are available with 3-day select, 2 day air, and next day air options. Saturday and early morning deliveries are also sometimes available by special request. Please contact us with any time-sensitive needs.
Freight Truck Shipping - Some items are too large or too heavy to ship via standard shipping methods; these items ship via freight truck instead. To get a quote, just add all of the items you wish to order to your cart and enter your state and zip code to see the options available for your order. The truck price quotes is for standard dock-to-dock delivery, and does not include any special services such as inside delivery, residential delivery, lift gate, etc. Additional shipping and handling fees apply for extra services.
Yes. If you have a UPS or FedEx account that you would like us to ship your order on, please contact us. Not all orders can be shipped this way, but we will notify you of any restrictions when you call.
We are based 100% in the USA with sales offices in California and New Jersey, as well as warehouses in California, Texas, Illinois, North Carolina, New York, and New Jersey. While we do not have a physical storefront, these strategically located distribution centers plus our partnership with hundreds of manufacturers and suppliers across the US ensure fast delivery of your orders. Pick-up orders are sometimes available for local clients; Please contact us if you're interested in placing an order for pick-up.
Currently we are only able to ship within the United States. We cannot ship internationally or to any other locations at this time.
We are required by law to charge sales tax in the following states: California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, and Virginia.
