Overview
Description
We can create beautiful customized thermal binding covers for your Coverbind thermal binding machine in literally any style or color you need. We can create custom printing, we can do a foil stamp, we can emboss (raised design), or we can deboss (pressed-in design). Soft covers and hard covers are both available, and spine sizes range from 1/16" for up to about 15 pages, to 2" for up to about 500 pages. We can create window cut-outs in several standard sizes, or any custom size you need. We can also make custom size covers, so you can bind different sheet sizes; some of the most popular sizes include letter size (8 ½" x 11"), oversize (9" x 11"), and tabloid size (11" x 17") in both portrait and landscape formats. The smallest cover size available is a 6 ¾" x 6" mini Coverbind cover, with the 6 ¾" edge as the binding spine. Before you choose a cover size, be sure you know the compatibility of your Coverbind thermal binding machine, as not all sheet sizes or spine sizes will be compatible with all machines.
No matter if you want to create hard covers for your school yearbooks, you want the most premium hard covers for your businesses presentations, or you have any other need -- we can make the best custom Coverbind thermal binding covers for your needs. Call us today at (866) 537-2244 to request a price quote. Soft covers have a minimum order requirement of 500 covers, while hard covers have a minimum of 300. Binding covers are sold in case-quantity increments, and pricing discounts are available for bulk orders of higher quantities. Most new orders can be manufactured and shipped within 4-6 weeks after the proof approval, and repeat orders for returning customers can be produced faster, typically within 3-5 weeks. We recommend that you always allow additional time for padding to ensure you receive your covers on-time; allow for transit time, order processing, holiday closures, and any delay in proof approval that might occur.
Key Tips for Binding Photo Paper:
• Run the binding process twice.• Allow the book to cool completely for several minutes before opening.
• Consider using hinged paper to alleviate pressure on the spine.

Frequent Asked Questions
It is better to have a slightly too-large spine than a too-small spine. A cover that is too small for your pages will not allow full glue application, so the pages will not be as secured and might fall out.
No, Coverbind covers are not compatible with Unibind machines. They use steel plates that are heated when they come into contact with Unibind steel spines. Coverbind covers do not have a steel spine and, therefore, will not turn on the machines.
The smallest cover we can make is 6 ¾" H x 6" W, with the binding spine on the 6 ¾" edge.
