- How long does it take? The production time will depend on the type of product you are ordering, the complexity of the customization, as well as the production schedule at the time of the order. We will include an approximate production time on your price quote so you can plan accordingly. Transit time is not included in this, and may vary from 1 - 7 business days, depending on your location. Avoid any possibility of high expediting fees or late deliveries by ordering with plenty of time around the quoted production, as this is only an estimate and not a guarantee.
- Can I have a physical sample first? We have a variety of samples from past jobs in our demo room, and are happy to send you samples so that you can see the quality of finish, as well as the variety of options available. If you would like a completed sample in your customization, then this is called a "physical proof" and can be made for a fee after the order is placed. Remember, a PDF digital proof is included with your order for free; a custom-made physical proof will add additional lead time and cost.
- Can you make the design for me? While we do not have a "design team" to create logos and artwork to brand your business, we do have an art department with skilled specialists that can assist with creating the proper files for improperly-formatted works, getting your design onto the proper template, and more. There is a per-half-hour fee for this service with a half-hour minimum, and the time required will depend completely on what needs to be done. If you feel you may need assistance from our art department, request that this be included on your quote.
- What kind of file should I send for the design? Please review our artwork requirements document, which specifies the file types accepted, the minimum file size required, the minimum resolution that is acceptable, and other important details. If you're not sure if your file meets these requirements, just let us know when you request the quote, as we can confirm whether it does or doesn't, and include a price quote from the art department to make the necessary adjustments, if needed.
- Do you have more products than listed here? Yes! This list only includes our most popular customizable items, but we have access to a huge variety of products that can be customized in our state-of-the-art production department.
