Workflow: 

The DFE (Digital Front End) and RIP includes ICC color profiles, built-in color profiles, and PMS color matching for consistent color on every job. All software and machine controls are preloaded
on an included computer platform.

With printing speeds up to 10,000, #10 envelopes per hour. The Feeder can accommodate up to 500 envelopes, with sizes ranging from 3 inches, and up to 12.5” wide. The Feeder will accept a variety of envelopes and media include 8-1/2 x 11 sheets. The envPrinter™ offers image quality of up to 1200 x 1200 DPI. Select the job, choose the artwork placement, set the number of envelopes to be printed, and click run. Operates and runs effortlessly with one knob auto-sync control. Set-up is easy with the quick adjust Envelope Feeder. The large hopper and oscillating lower tray allows envelopes to feed into the transport belts with ease. Envelopes are kept consistently within 1/32"of position when entering the print head. This makes for the most accurate printing alignment available. The Auto-Sync feature provides auto adjustment for the operator, making printing jobs easier. When the toggle switch is set in auto position, and all three adjustment toggle switches are moved to the on position, the operator only needs to adjust the speed with one knob. All three sections of the machine will change speed in tandem. This will allow mass adjusting and less guess work for the operator. As the envelopes print, the exit conveyor will shingle out the finished envelopes on the conveyor belts. From feed to finished in seconds. The Coverbind, envPrinter™ is a complete, bundled solution.
